Who operates SellerGuard AI

SellerGuard AI is operated by Mados Ventures Holding Co. LLC d/b/a SellerGuard AI. References to "SellerGuard AI", "we", "us", or "our" in this policy refer to Mados Ventures Holding Co. LLC d/b/a SellerGuard AI.

What SellerGuard AI does

SellerGuard AI helps marketplace sellers review business metrics and identify risk signals such as advertising efficiency, conversion rate, inventory pressure, review patterns, and return activity. Reports may be generated from seller-provided manual input, CSV uploads, or authorized Amazon SP-API data, depending on the report mode selected.

Information we collect

We may collect seller business metrics through the following means:

  • Manual metric entry (sales, units sold, sessions, ACOS, inventory count, rating, review count, refund count, marketplace, store name, and optional notes)
  • Seller-provided CSV uploads containing business metrics
  • Amazon SP-API data accessed after a seller authorizes the app through Amazon OAuth
  • Email address submitted for support requests or product updates

Amazon SP-API access

SellerGuard AI accesses Amazon Selling Partner API (SP-API) data only after a seller explicitly authorizes the app through Amazon OAuth. When a seller connects their Amazon account, SellerGuard AI:

  • Uses Amazon SP-API data to provide seller risk analysis, connected-store previews, aggregate sales and order metrics, FBA inventory summaries, and seller health reports
  • Stores an encrypted OAuth refresh token to maintain the authorized connection
  • Does not store short-lived Amazon access tokens
  • Does not request or store Amazon account passwords
  • Does not request buyer PII, buyer names, buyer addresses, buyer phone numbers, buyer messages, tax documents, shipping labels, or restricted buyer data
  • Does not sell Amazon Information
  • Accesses only read-only data scopes required for risk analysis and seller health reporting

Current read-only Amazon data sources include marketplace participation, aggregate sales and order metrics, and FBA inventory summaries. Manual and CSV report modes remain available without connecting an Amazon account.

How we use information

We use submitted and authorized information to generate seller health reports, provide connected-store risk previews, improve the product, respond to support requests, and communicate with users who request updates.

What we do not do

We do not sell user data or Amazon Information. We do not ask for Amazon passwords. We do not request buyer PII or restricted buyer data. We do not perform account actions, advertising changes, inventory changes, listing changes, order fulfillment, buyer messaging, or any write operations on behalf of sellers.

Revoking Amazon authorization

Sellers may revoke SellerGuard AI Amazon SP-API authorization at any time through Amazon Seller Central or by contacting support@sellerguardai.com. Upon revocation, SellerGuard AI will no longer access Amazon SP-API data for that seller.

Data retention

Seller report data and encrypted authorization tokens may be retained for report history, product improvement, and support purposes unless a seller requests deletion.
