SellerGuard AI is operated by Mados Ventures Holding Co. LLC d/b/a SellerGuard AI. References to "SellerGuard AI", "we", "us", or "our" in these terms refer to Mados Ventures Holding Co. LLC d/b/a SellerGuard AI.
SellerGuard AI is a seller health review and risk analysis tool for marketplace sellers. Reports are informational and decision-support only, and are not financial, legal, tax, or marketplace policy advice. SellerGuard AI may offer manual metric entry, seller-provided CSV uploads, and connected Amazon report options.
Users are responsible for reviewing reports and recommendations, validating their own business data, and deciding what actions to take. The output of SellerGuard AI is informational and decision-support only. SellerGuard AI does not guarantee sales, profit, account health, ranking improvement, or marketplace outcomes. Sellers are responsible for reviewing all recommendations before taking action.
Connected Amazon features require seller authorization through the official Amazon OAuth authorization flow. SellerGuard AI uses authorized Amazon SP-API access to provide risk analysis, connected-store previews, aggregate sales and inventory summaries, and seller health reports. Sellers may revoke authorization at any time through Amazon Seller Central or by contacting support.
SellerGuard AI does not ask sellers for Amazon passwords and does not require Amazon account passwords at any point. SellerGuard AI does not automate seller account actions, change listings, change pricing, submit feeds, fulfill orders, message buyers, or modify Amazon account settings. Read-only SP-API access is used solely to retrieve data for risk analysis and reporting purposes.
Users may not use SellerGuard AI to upload unlawful, misleading, abusive, or unauthorized information. Users may not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or extract data from the service beyond normal use.
The service is provided as-is. SellerGuard AI may change, pause, or discontinue features as the product develops. SellerGuard AI is not liable for business decisions made based on reports or analysis provided by the service.
